Felix Maldonado Sr.

WATERBURY - Felix Maldonado Sr., 68, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at Waterbury Hospital of Waterbury, CT. He was the husband of Gloria (Amengual) Maldonado.

Mr. Maldonado Sr. was born May 24, 1947 in Penuelas, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Monserate and the late Vicenta (Sierra) Maldonado. He retired from Century Brass in Waterbury where he was employed as a Crane Operator.. He was a communicant of Sagrado Corazón church where he was active with novena cristo de los milagros as well as circulo de orazion nazareno.

Besides his wife of 43 years, he is survived by his three sons Felix Maldonado Jr., Cody Maldonado and James Maldonado; his two daughters Vanessa Maldonado and Denise Amato, his sister Matilde Rodriguez; his five grandchildren Emelinda Lugo, and Andre, Christopher, Anthony and Jacob Maldonado. He is predeceased by his Brothers, Roberto, Domingo, and Vicente; his Sisters, Adela and Clotilde, and his Granddaughter, Isabella Marie.

Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Monday July 6, 2015, 9:15 from the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Avenue, to Sacred Heart - Sagrado Corazon Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Waterbury. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, from 5 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
