WATERBURY; Mrs. Fanya (Fleischmaher) Dergachova 90, of Waterbury passed away Monday August 30, 2010 at Saint Mary's Hospital. She was the widow of Nickolai Dergachov.
Mrs. Dergachova was born May 2, 1920 in the Ukraine a daughter of the late Aaron and Basheyva (Kosoy) Fleischmaher. She was educated in the Ukraine and had also worked as an accountant there.
She leaves her son Vladimir Dergachev of Waterbury, her daughter, Lyuba Zaslavsky of Plantsville, her brother, Yankel Fleischmaher of Waterbury and two grandsons. She was predeceased by her sister Etya Karasik.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday September 1, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Melchizedek Cemetery on Plank Road in Waterbury. The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury 9 Holmes Avenue has care of arrangements.
