Naugatuck, CT John Faiola, 63, passed away on April 14, 2024 after many years battling an incurable lung disease. John was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in New Milford, CT.
John graduated from New Milford High School in 1980. He served in the Air Force for a short time before he became a journeyman union carpenter, where his creative side began to flow into his work. The next chapter in John’s life took him to NYC, where he finalized deals for real estate and business. After that, he successfully operated All-Star Exteriors in New Rochelle, NY for 10 years. He moved back to CT to be closer to family, where he pursued a career in the digital marketing/health industry. He lived with his longtime girlfriend and business partner, Jennifer and their wonderful rescue dogs, Cooper, Kokomo & Luna in Naugatuck, CT.
John is predeceased by his mother, Dolores Faiola, father Gaetano Faiola, brother, Gaetano Faiola, aunt and uncle, Marge and John Uliano (who helped raise him) and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Left behind is his life partner, Jennifer Crooks; sister, Gail Miers (Scott); sister, Lori Samarel (Ryan); nieces, Nicole & Amanda Rubbo; nephew, Joseph Rubbo; nephew, Nicholas Faiola, along with many family members and friends that will never forget the indelible mark he left.
Family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate John’s Life on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial in New Milford Center Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
