Evelyn L. MacAlpine

CHESHIRE – Evelyn L. MacAlpine, 93, passed away Friday, November 17, 2023, at MidState Medical Center in Meriden. She was the wife of the late William MacAlpine.

Mrs. MacAlpine was born January 8, 1930, daughter of the late Frank and Jennie (Roberts) Hanscom. She was a retired child care provider.

Mrs. MacAlpine leaves behind several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. MacAlpine was predeceased by her two sisters.

Arrangements: – Services for Mrs. MacAlpine are private and will be held at the discretion of her family. There are no calling hours and the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Evelyn’s name, can be made to an animal shelter of the donor’s choice.
