CHESHIRE - Edwin R. Reed, 82, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. He was the husband of the late Victoria (Kalencik) Reed.
Mr. Reed was born July 6, 1933 in Cheshire, the son of the late Otto and Agnes (Bolinski) Reed. He was a lifelong Cheshire resident and had served his country during WWII in the Air Force.
He is survived by his nephews, James Carmody and his wife Carolyn of Lebanon, NH, John Carmody, Jr. and his wife Tina of Cheshire; and his niece Maureen Sica and her husband Allen of Cheshire.
Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Friday 9:30 from the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. to Church of the Epiphany for Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday morning from 9:30 until the funeral procession leaves for church.
