CHESHIRE – Edward J. Carson, Sr., 65, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at MidState Medical Center in Meriden. He was the husband of Charlene (Murphy) Carson.
Mr. Carson was born on October 28, 1954, in Flushing, NY, a son of the late Henry and Margaret (Rafferty) Carson. He graduated from Cheshire High School in 1972. He was a retired electrician, formerly employed by Griffin Electrical Contractors. Edward loved watching the New York Yankees, drinking a Miller High Life and spending time with his grandchildren.
Besides his wife, Mr. Carson is survived by his sons: Edward Carson Jr., and his wife, Karen; Scott Panico, and his wife, Dolores; and his daughters: Denise Regino, and her husband, Tom; Michele Criscuolo, and her husband, Billy; and Shannon Miele, and her husband, Dave. He will also be missed by his grandchildren: Allison, Samantha & Mason Carson, Ava, Gia & Luca Panico, Thomas & Nicolette Regino, Charliana, Keana & William Criscuolo, and Matthew Miele.
Arrangements – Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020, from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main Street. A memorial service for Mr. Carson will be held at 5:30 P.M. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
