Waterbury-Mrs. Ardel (Volek) Eazarsky, 96, of 357 Spring Lake Rd, died peacefully Monday April 26th, 2010 at Beacon Brook Health Center in Naugatuck after a brief illness. She was born Novemeber 9, 1915, the daughter of the late Joe and Mary (Podurski) Volek. She was the widow of the late Carl Eazarsky. She worked for the Naugatuck Glass Company until her retirement.
Ardel is Survived by her two sons, Robert and Jack Eazarsky both of Waterbury. She also leaves four grandchildren, Robert Eazarsky Jr. and his wife Heidi of Sandy, Utah, Lee Ann Wright and her husband Daniel of Waterbury, Steven Eazarsky of Watertown, and Jennifer Eazarsky of Stamford. She leaves three great grandchildren, Jacob and Joshua Eazarsky of Sandy, Utah and Madilyn Wright of Waterbury as well as a Special friend Loretta Eararsky of Waterbury and several nieces and nephews.
Ardel spent her life caring for her family as well as tending to the family farm by her husband's side. She was a hard working woman who enjoyed, cooking and gardening. Her family, the farm and her flower gardens where her pride and joy.
Services will be held Friday April 30th at 10:00am at the Buckmillers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery in Waterbury. There are no calling hours.
