Dorothy G. Toolan

Dorothy G. Toolan, age 86 of Cheshire, formerly of Norwich, entered into rest on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Avery Heights in Hartford. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas and her son, Michael. She is the beloved mother of Diane Toolan of Cheshire with whom she lived; James Toolan and his wife, Susan of Jewett City and David Toolan and his wife Lynn of Vernon. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Ashley, Adam, Melina and Olivia.

Services for Dorothy will be private and at the convenience of her family. Burial will be private at her family plot in St. Joseph Cemetery in Norwich. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire has been entrusted with Dorothy’s care. At the request of her family, memorial contributions may be made to the Cheshire Community Food Pantry, P.O.
