Denise Tice

CHESHIRE - Denise R. Tice, 74, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford.

Mrs. Tice was born July 26, 1938 at Waterbury, CT the daughter of the late Dennis and Lydia (Grohs) Reardon. She was raised in Waterbury before moving to Cheshire in 1960. During her years in Cheshire she had worked in various different aspects of banking for Bank of America. She was a member of the First Congregational Church; a member and Past President of Cheshire Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughters Kimberly Tice McKinstry and her husband Michael of Fairmont, WV and Carrie Tice Valerio and her husband Alfred of Southington; her sons David Tice and his wife Laura of Prospect and Dennis Tice of Cheshire; her brothers William Reardon of Southington and Ernest Reardon of Florida; her grandchildren Hannah and Benjamin McKinstry, Krysta, Alyssa and Nick Valerio and Brian Tice; her Great Granddaughter, Krislyn Tice; and many Nieces And Nephews.

Arrangements - Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Cheshire, 111 Church Drive. Burial will follow in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery and there are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
