Jeffrey Davis Jr

Naugatuck – Jeffrey A. Davis Jr. 48, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.

Jeffrey was born on May 19, 1966, in Waterbury, a son of Nancy Bowser and William Bowser Sr.

Jeffrey was an avid sports fan and a close follower of the Boston Red Sox. Fittingly, he passed on opening day securing himself the best seat in the ballpark. Jeffrey was a graduate of Pomperaug High School as well as Post University. His humor and quick-wit will be missed by all.

In addition to his mother and father, Jeffrey is survived by his sister Sherri Lange, and her husband Victor of Naugatuck, and his brother, William C. Bowser Jr. of Naugatuck. He will also be missed by his six nieces and nephews, Michael and Jessica Ruby, Jamie, Brittany and Chelsea Loughlin, and William Bowser III.

The funeral service for Jeffrey will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until the start of the service.
