David J. Arrigoni

David J. Arrigoni, age 66, of Wallingford passed peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was the devoted husband and best friend of Lisa (Rosadini) Arrigoni for over 35 years. David was born on April 23, 1955 in Meriden, son of the late James and Claire (Bombassei) Arrigoni.

David worked as a heavy equipment operator for the L. Suzio York Hill Company for over 30 years until his retirement and served his country with honor and pride with the US Army. He had a work ethic that was second to none and was meticulous when it came to landscaping at his home. He left a legacy of love and laughter. David loved spending time with family and friends, especially Thursday's with his beloved granddaughter, Gabbie, whom he adored.

He is the beloved father of Eric Arrigoni of Wallingford; James (Maria Izzo) Arrigoni of Branford; Alyssa (Michael) Mrazik of Prospect; and Milissa (Jay) Wright of OR. David is also survived by his cherished granddaughter, Gabriella Mrazik; his brothers, John (Valerie) Arrigoni of Wallingford and Peter (Glenda) Arrigoni of Meriden; and his loving dog, Carly Arrigoni.

Friends are invited to greet his family at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 So. Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410 on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 2PM until 4PM, when Full Military Honors will be rendered. Friends are asked to dress casually and comfortably for David’s visitation and service.
