Rosemary Cuddy

Naugatuck, CT RoseMary Cuddy, 94, the widow of John S. Cuddy, died peacefully November 25, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

RoseMary was born October 7, 1930 in Waterbury, CT daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Campi. RoseMary was a graduate of Wilby High School in Waterbury and for over 30 years she worked as a supervisor for the City of Waterbury.

RoseMary was a member of the Naugatuck Women’s Club, Girl Scouts of America and the Naugatuck Senior Center Tuesday Pinochle Club. She was also a member of Cornerstone Church’s small group; “Pray, Cook, Eat and Love”.

RoseMary is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline A. Ruegg, Karen M. Alves (Tony Alves), Janet L. Cuddy and Patricia M. Cuddy; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 11:00am at the Garden of Angels Columbarium at Calvary Cemetery, 2324 East Main Street, Waterbury. Everyone attending is asked to please meet directly at the cemetery. There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
