WATERBURY- Corinne W. Dickson, 91, passed away, Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at her residence. She was the widow of Wesley L. Dickson who predeceased her in 2012 after 39 years of marriage.
Mrs. Dickson was born April 25, 1928 in Lynbrook, NY, daughter of the late George and Alma (Tyler) Babcock.
Corinne was a graduate of Wilby High School. She was a Quality Control Inspector for Lux Time, and worked at Marshalls prior to her retirement. Corinne was a fan of UCONN women’s basketball, loved watching baseball, and will always be remembered for being an excellent cook.
Mrs. Dickson is survived by her three sons, Robert and his wife Janice Warner of Branford, James Edward Warner of Branford, and Kenneth B. Warner; her brother George Babcock of Wolcott; grandchildren Brett, Kurt, Jimmy, Lauren, Alex, Kenny, David, and Mark Warner; eight great grandsons; six great granddaughters; and four great grandsons. Besides her husband she was predeceased by two sisters, and a brother.
Arrangements- Corinne’s funeral will be held 12:30 P.M, Monday, July 15, 2019 at The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 496 Chase Ave, 06704. Visitation will start 11:00 A.M; until the service begins at 12:30 P.M. Burial will follow in New Pine Grove Cemetery.
