Christopher Yelmini

MERIDEN - Christopher M. Yelmini, 24, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011, at his home. He was the son of Raymond A. Yelmini of FL and Patricia J. Williams of Meriden, with whom he made his home.

Chris was born November 24, 1986, in New Haven and graduated from Daniel Hand High School in Madison in 2005. Chris had a heart of gold and a smile to brighten the day. He was loved by so many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Besides his parents, Chris is survived by his brothers Thomas Yelmini of Meriden and David Yelmini and his wife Rachel of TN; his maternal grandmother, Helen Williams of Cheshire; his aunts Carolyn Williams and her husband Michael Rogers of Cheshire; Judi Munck and her husband Doug of North Haven; his uncles Gary Williams and his wife Donna of Middlebury; James Williams and his wife Nancy of FL; and Frank Yelmini and his wife Linda of Glastonbury; his nephew Anthony Yelmini of TN as well as several cousins. He also leaves behind his beloved dog of 15 years, Coco.

Arrangements - Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. with a funeral service being held at 7 p.m. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in All Saints Cemetery in North Haven.
