Christine Killer

CHESHIRE; Ms. Christine Killer, 49 of Cheshire passed away Saturday November 20, 2010 at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury.

Christine was born July 31, 1961 in Waterbury, a daughter of Linda (Wallace) Ryan and her husband Dr. Sylvester Ryan and Kenneth M. Killer and his wife Brenda Anderson Killer and was a lifelong Cheshire resident. She was a graduate of Cheshire High School Class of 1980 and attended the University of New Haven. She was employed as an accredited Financial Service Advisor and Manager for Webster Bank and recently was the Store Manager at Dress Barn. She enjoyed gardening, baking and spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed the annual family trips to Nantucket where she was an avid beachcomber. Chris touched the lives of many with her kind heart, open ears and warm smile. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.

Besides her parents, she leaves her son, Richard Killer of Cheshire, her brothers, Craig Killer of Ridgefield and Kenneth Killer and his wife Jennifer of Fairfax, VA, her sister, Katherine Killer of Meriden and her nieces and nephews, Jayce Davis, Nina Kischkum, Karl Killer, Elise Killer, Alyssa Killer and Isabella Killer. She was predeceased by her sister Karen Killer.

Funeral services for Christine will be celebrated Monday November 29, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at Saint Peters Episcopal Church 59 Main Street in Cheshire. Burial will follow in Saint Peters Cemetery. Friends may call at the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 South Main Street on Sunday November 28, 2010 from 2 to 5 p.m.
