TORRINGTON- Miss Carolyn Sandblom, 73, of 15 Woodland Rd, Torrington and a former Naugatuck resident, died Tuesday April 21, 2009 at the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington.
Miss Sandblom was born in Waterbury July 22, 1936, a daughter of the late Carl and Marie A. (Dumas) Sandblom and had been a Torrington resident since moving there in 1993 from Naugatuck. She was formerly a member of Salem Lutheran Church.
She leaves several cousins
Funeral services will be held on Friday April 24, 2009 at 10 a.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Naugatuck. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 9 am until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salem Lutheran Church, 14 Salem St., Naugatuck., 06770
