Carol A. Russell

BEACON FALLS – Carol A. Russell, 86, passed away Friday, December 27, 2024 at her home in Beacon falls, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Charles F. Russell.

Mrs. Russell was born October 5, 1938 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Boyd and Joyce (Greenaway) Keller. She was a retired secretary working in the manufacturing industry. She found great joy in making quilts and crocheting anything from doilies to baby sweater sets. She loved to deliver her baked goods to all her friends and family for birthdays or during the holidays. Carol cherished spending time with her beloved family.

In addition to her husband of 65 years, Mrs. Russell leaves behind her daughters, Bonita (Rodney Lobik) Russell, and Nancy Regalado of Beacon Falls. She will also be missed by her two grandchildren, Augusto (Augie) Regalado and Amanda (Jake) Regalado-Rosikiewicz, along with her four great-grandchildren. Lastly, she will be dearly missed by her friends that became family – the Betkoski Family. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Russell was predeceased by her brother, Richard Keller.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the dedicated staff at VITAS Healthcare, Hartford Healthcare, and every aide for their exceptional care and compassion.

Arrangements: The family arranged a mass that will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 10:00am at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in Beacon Falls. There are no calling hours, and the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions, in Carol’s name, can be made to the Russell Family.
