Carmen Castellano

Waterbury - Carmen Castellano, 73, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, at St. Mary's Hospital.

Mrs. Castellano was born June 25, 1948, in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Fautino and Maria (Marcano) Castellano. She owned and operated her own beauty salon for many years in Puerto Rico. She came to the area in the late 1980s to care for her family. She will be remembered for her loving and caring nature.

Mrs. Castellano is survived by her children Anthony Martinez, Lizette and Vivian Narvaez, Junior and Carmen Garcia; her grandchildren Joseph Rosado, Angel Narvaez, Ingrid Narvaez, Stacey Narvaez, Ashley Chevere, Pedro Hernandez, Bladamil Hernandez, Ramon Rivera, Matthew Real-Williams, Sammy Real-Williams, Jamil Sanchez, and Joal Sanchez; as well as her 25 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements – A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 496 Chase Ave. A period of visitation will be held Sunday from 9 am until the start of the service.
