Naugatuck - Mrs. Jeannine Giselle (Auger) Bruneau, age 77, passed away
peacefully on Thursday February 17,2011 at St. Mary's Hospital
surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Bruneau was the daughter of the late Charles and Marie Ange Auger
of West Glover, Vermont. She lived in Connecticut for 48 years and was
retired from Sheldon Precision where she worked as a quality control
manager for 30 years. She was also formerly employed at Risdon
Manufacturing. She was an avid gardener and doll maker and enjoyed
sewing and crocheting, especially making hats for St. Jude and orphan
children in Lithuania. She always enjoyed spending time with her
family.
Mrs. Bruneau is survived by son Robert Bruneau and his wife Teena of
Bristol, daughter: Denise Lenge and her husband Albert of West
Hartford, son Daniel Bruneau and his wife Diane of Terryville, son
Michael Bruneau and his wife Lori of Naugatuck, grandchildren Leanne
Nolan, Chelsea Warren, Matt Lenge, James, Richard, Michael Jr.,
Jonathan, Kyle and Sarah Bruneau, many nieces, nephews and dear
friends.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday February 22,2011 at 8:30 a.m. from
the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home 82 Fairview Ave. Naugatuck to St.
Francis of Assisi Church 318 Church St. Naugatuck for a mass at 9 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Theresa Cemetery in Orleans, Vermont in the
Spring. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday February
21,2011 from 6 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St.
Jude's Childrens Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN
38105.
