Mr. Bruce Allen Reynolds, 66, of Naugatuck, passed away early Sunday morning Oct. 13, 2013 at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in West Haven. He was the husband of the late Beverly (Kiedel) Reynolds.

Bruce was born in Waterbury, Dec. 26, 1946, a son of the late John and Evelyn (Kannenberg) Reynolds and was raised by his Maternal Grandfather, the late Gustav Kannenberg. He was a resident of Kinston, N.Y. and later returned to Waterbury. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran serving in Vietnam as a Corporal, and a combat engineer with the 2nd Marine Division and was the recipient of the National Defense Service Medal, Viet Nam Service Medal with one star, The Republic of Viet Nam Campaign Medal. The Good Conduct Medal, a M -14 Marksman Badge, and the Conn. Veterans Service Medal. He was a retired Master Mechanic, having worked for Mack Truck Sales, Bozzuto's of Cheshire, Tilcon- Tomasso of New Britain, White Oak Corp. of Plainville, Sanitary Refuse of Waterbury and retiring from R. J. Guerrera of Naugatuck. He was a member of the Polish-American Club and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Naugatuck Arie # 640.

He leaves his daughter, Tracy Fedak of Naugatuck and a son; 3 sisters, Laura Stokes of Newberry, Fl., Gail Babin of Virginia, and Sandra Ammermann of Gainesville, FI.; two grandchildren, Christian Papp and Brandy Papp both of Naugatuck and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Steven Reynolds

His funeral will be held on Wednesday Oct. 16, 2013 at 10:15 a.m. from the Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. and proceed to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church St. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Military honors will be accorded outside the church following the mass. Burial will be in New Pine Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday (TODAY) from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of America, Conn. Chapter, 312 Research Pkwy. # 212, Meriden, 06450.
