Beloved daughter, granddaughter and sister

Beacon Falls- Lindsey Brown, 33, passed away on January 3, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Lindsey was born on March 26, 1985 in Danbury, CT a daughter of Thomas and Julie (Getchell) Winnik.

In addition to her parents, Lindsey is survived by her maternal grandmother, Rita M. Getchell “Nana”; her sister, Shannon Sears; her uncles and aunts, Ronald and Elaine Getchell, Frank and Betty Getchell, Timothy Getchell, Mark and Gina Getchell; step sister, Stacey Winnik; nephew Damian Winnik; several cousins, aunts and uncles and many friends in Beacon Falls. Lindsey was predeceased by her maternal grandpa, Owen G. Getchell and her paternal grandma, Helen Winnik.

Funeral services will be Monday at 11am at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery. A calling hour will be Monday from 10-11am.
