CHESHIRE- Brian Anthony Larson, 50, passed away suddenly Monday June 24, 2013 at his residence.
He was born October 3, 1962 in Detroit, MI son of Gary and Sharon (Kalwasinski) Larson.
Brian attended and graduated from Choate Rosemary and Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry.
He was a Senior Research Chemist at MacDermid Inc. in Waterbury prior to his retirement. He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1993 but continued to work until he no longer could.
Brian was a Junior Varsity Goal Tender in Hockey, and a Junior Varsity Baseball player at Choate, and an avid sports fan.
Besides his parents he is survived by his grandmother Beatrice Zywicki of Southington; two brothers David Larson of Sandy, UT, and Christopher and his wife Xingxing (Star) Chen of Cheshire; a niece Stephanie Larson; and a nephew Christopher Larson Jr.
Arrangements- Services for Brian will be private. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410 is in charge of the arrangements. Donations in his name may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation National Headquarters Donations, 6520 North Andrews Ave ,Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309-2130.
