Rosemary Bouchard

Myrtle Beach, SC-Rosemary M. (Maher) Bouchard, 76, formerly of Wolcott, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, Myrtle Beach, SC. She was the beloved wife of Gilman G. Bouchard.
Mrs. Bouchard was born on December 21, 1936 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Thomas M. Maher Sr. and Regina (Mozdy) Maher. She was a Wilby High School graduate and retired from Caldor where she worked as a customer service manager for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and UCONN Huskies basketball.
In addition to her husband, Gilman, of 55 years, she is also survived by two daughters, Jacqueline J. Cormier and her husband Joseph of Beacon Falls, Jennifer R. Boisvert and her husband Justin of Watertown, two sons, Gregory J. Bouchard and his wife Lisa of Edgewater Park, NJ and Gary R. Bouchard and his wife Michelle of Oakville. She will also be greatly missed by her five grandchildren, Jessica and Jaimie Cormier, Amanda Bouchard, and Garrett and Aidan Boisvert, and three step-grandchildren, Michelle, David and Dana. Rosemary is also survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Rodney and Shirley Bouchard of Myrtle Beach, SC, and sister-in-law Joanna Maher of Escondido, CA, and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister Theresa Maher and brother Thomas M. Maher Jr.

The funeral will be held on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, 25 Maple Ave, Beacon Falls. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Watertown. Friends may call at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 26 Waterbury Rd, Rte. 69, Prospect on Sunday evening from 5-7 p.m.
