Anneliese Platt

CHESHIRE- Anneliese L. Platt, 89, passed away Thursday September 15, 2011 at Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. She was predeceased by her husband Keith C. Platt.

She was born April 24, 1922 in Germany daughter of the late Herman and Elise (Thesfeld) Larberg.

Anneliese was employed at her husband's dairy farm where she performed a variety of tasks prior to her retirement. In her free time she loved to Quilt, Garden, and Knit.

She is survived by three daughters, Heide and her husband Robert Thatcher, Amy Platt, and Cydney and her husband Michael Roke all of Cheshire; and six grandchildren Robert and Andrew Thatcher, and Julie, Stephanie, Amanda, and Michael Roke.

Arrangements- A graveside service for Anneliese will be held Tuesday September 20, 2011 at 1 P.M in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Donations in Anneliese's name may be made to The State Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, 198 West Street, Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
