Alfred Allesandrine

HAMDEN- Alfred Louis Allesandrine Jr., 76, passed away Tuesday July 17, 2012 at his residence.

He was born April 23, 1936 son of the late Alfred Louis Sr. and Rose (Pierucci) Allesandrine.

Alfred was a graduate of St. Anthony's Grammar School, Hill House High School, and Quinnipiac University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree.

He was the Owner of Fred Allesandrine Distributing Company and served in the United States Air Force.

Alfred will always be known as a loving father and grandfather who loved to spend time with his family.

He is survived by a son Louis and his wife Jill Allesandrine of Ridgefield; three daughters Amy and her husband John Kennelly of Cheshire, Janet and her husband Michael O'Brien of North Attleboro, MA, and Jaime Allesandrine of Hamden; a sister Elizabeth and her husband Paul Riordan of Santa Ana, CA; and six grandchildren Michael Alfred and and Christopher Richard Allesandrine, Owen and Aliza Kennelly, and Evan and Ella O'Brien.

Arrangements- Alfred's funeral will be held Monday July 23, 2012 10:15 A.M from the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 South Main St, 06410 to St Joan of Arc Church, 450 West Todd Street Hamden, CT 06518 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. Calling hours will be held from 9 A.M until the precession leaves for church. Donations in his name may be made to the American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Drive Wallingford, CT 06492.
